I appreciated the staff's friendliness. everyone helped me quickly with directions and recommendations! the breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. It had mangoes and pineapples every day.
the wi-fi signal was sometimes weak in my room! i could only reliably connect near the lobby.

The shower wasn't cleaned during my entire stay. That was disappointing. floors seemed to get a quick fluff, not a full cleaning. it was below the standard i expected.

The staff helped with requests. A mattress topper arrived quickly when the mattress was too firm. The team arranged for rooms to be near each other. Late checkout also was accommodated. The breakfast service featured pastries and an excellent selection. The service in the restaurant was great during two dinners there.
I noticed wasps around the balcony. This limited balcony use.
